The rapids of Cascata della Troggia. Now this is what we were looking for. We stumbled across the lookout searching for a way to find the fast-flowing rapids at the bottom. A photograph of the actual bottom wasn’t possible thanks to the wind and sheer volume of water thundering down the falls, it made staying up right difficult enough. It would have made for a very water covered photograph, no thanks. Instead, we found this short bend in the river a little downstream which made for this great composition. Even without the camera, I could have sat there just listening to the water rushing by, its so relaxing.
